sec.23 Prescribed driver offence or fatigue duty under another law
This section applies for the definition in section 228 (4) of the Law. The following laws are prescribed for the definitions— Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (ACT) Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 (NT) Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (Tas) Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) Occupational Health and Safety Act 1984 (WA) s 23 amd 2017 SL No. 113 s 4 (sec.23-ssec.1) This section applies for the definition in section 228 (4) of the Law.
