sec.14 How information requirements apply to a day
In this Part, the requirement to record information for a day continues to apply for each period of work time and rest time the driver has on that day. However, if the driver stops working on a day and starts a rest break that will continue until the end of the day, the driver may stop recording information for the day when the driver stops working and starts the rest break.
