sec.13 Application of Div 1
This Part applies for the purposes of Subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 6.4 of the Law. A reference in a provision of this Part — to a day for which information must be recorded under the provision; or generally to a day for which information must be recorded; is a reference to a day to which section 294 of the Law applies. Section 294 of the Law must be read with section 289 of the Law. (sec.13-ssec.1) This Part applies for the purposes of Subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 6.4 of the Law. (sec.13-ssec.2) A reference in a provision of this Part — to a day for which information must be recorded under the provision; or generally to a day for which information must be recorded; is a reference to a day to which section 294 of the Law applies.
