25A Authorisation for section 688 of Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW) (Payments into Fund)

For the purposes of section 688 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW), an amount equal to the regulatory component of the charges payable for the registration of a heavy vehicle as prescribed by the national regulations, is authorised to be paid into the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Fund until Chapter 2 of that Law comes into force in New South Wales.
