7 Spouses or de facto partners
A person is an eligible person if the person: (a) is an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident; and (b) has attained 26 years of age; and (c) is the spouse or de facto partner of an eligible person mentioned in paragraph 5(2)(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Act or section 9 of this instrument.
