29 Power to require information

(1) For the purpose of confirming compliance with the Act, this instrument, the service provider contract or the schedule of service items and fees, the Minister may at any time by written notice require a contracted service provider to give to the Minister a document or a certified copy of a document in the possession, or under the control, of the contracted service provider that relates to the provision of hearing services to voucher‑holders for or on behalf of the contracted service provider. (2) The contracted service provider must provide the document within the time specified in the notice.
