20 Breaches to be reported

A contracted service provider must promptly inform the Department of any material breach or suspected material breach of any of the following: (a) the Act; (b) this instrument; (c) the service provider contract, including any requirements in the service provider contract to comply with any other laws; (d) the schedule of service items and fees.

Note: The service provider contract requires the contracted service provider to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
