10 Persons receiving employment supports or services
A person is an eligible person if the person: (a) is an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident; and (b) has attained 26 years of age; and (c) is referred to the Minister in connection with the provision of employment supports or services to the person under the Disability Services and Inclusion Act 2023.
