19 Use and disclosure of healthcare identifier of a healthcare provider or healthcare recipient

(1) Section 10A, as amended by the Aged Care Legislation Consequential Amendments Regulations 2025, applies in relation to the use and disclosure of information on or after the commencement of that instrument, regardless of whether the information was collected before, on or after that commencement. (2) This section does not limit the application of section 10A.
