#### 6A Identity of Healthcare Provider Directory Operator The Healthcare Provider Directory Operator is: (a) the service operator; or (b) if a body established by a law of the Commonwealth is prescribed by the regulations to be the Healthcare Provider Directory Operator—that body. > Note: Section 33 provides that the Minister must consult with the Ministerial Council before making regulations.
