#### 36BA Authorisation of healthcare provider to which an individual healthcare provider is linked An authorisation under this Act to an individual healthcare provider to collect, use or disclose information for a particular purpose is an authorisation for a healthcare provider organisation to which the individual healthcare provider is linked to collect, use or disclose the information for that purpose on behalf of the individual healthcare provider.
