#### 25CA Collection, use and disclosure of the healthcare identifier of a healthcare provider organisation or healthcare support service provider Any entity (including the service operator) may collect, use and disclose to another entity the healthcare identifier or identifying information of an identified healthcare provider organisation or an identified healthcare support service provider for the purpose of: (a) communicating or managing health information, or information about support services, as part of providing healthcare or support services to a healthcare recipient; or (b) health administration.
