19 Convening of meetings
(1) The Chair must convene 3 meetings of the Board in each calendar year. (2) The Chair may convene such additional meetings (if any) as are, in his or her opinion, necessary for the conduct of Health Workforce Australia’s affairs. (3) The Chair must convene a meeting of the Board if directed to do so by the Ministerial Conference.
