#### 6 Appointment and conditions to be in written agreement 6 Appointment and conditions to be in written agreement > > (1) A person is to be appointed as a visiting practitioner to a public health organisation by written agreement between the person and the public health organisation. > > > (2) The written agreement must specify the conditions to which the appointment is subject, including the clinical privileges of the visiting practitioner. > > > (3) However, the written agreement does not need to include any conditions prescribed by or under the Act.
