#### 20 Transfer or reduction of classification or position of members of staff after misconduct 20 Transfer or reduction of classification or position of members of staff after misconduct > The Health Secretary may, if a member of staff has engaged in misconduct, without limiting any other action the Secretary may take— > > > (a) transfer the member of staff to another position in the NSW Health Service without reducing the member of staff’s classification or position, or > > > (b) reduce the employee’s classification or position (but not in the case of a member of staff who is employed under a fixed term contract, the conditions of which are fixed by the Health Administration Corporation).
