#### 86 Service contracts to be in writing 86 Service contracts to be in writing (cf PH Act s 29RA) > > (1) A visiting medical officer or honorary medical officer must not be appointed unless the terms and conditions to which the officer is to be subject are in the form of a written service contract between— > > > > > (a) the officer (or the officer’s practice company), and > > > > > (b) the relevant public health organisation. > > > (2) An appointment made in contravention of this section is void.
