#### 74 Fees for medical attendance 74 Fees for medical attendance (cf PH Act s 36) > > (1) A medical practitioner is not entitled to charge a patient who is under treatment by the medical practitioner in any public hospital with any fees in respect of the treatment if that treatment is provided as part of the provision of a non-chargeable hospital service. > > > (2) Any contract between a patient and a medical practitioner for any payment made in contravention of this section is unenforceable.
