#### 73 Order not to be made in certain circumstances 73 Order not to be made in certain circumstances (cf PH Act s 32) > > (1) An order is not to be made under this Chapter by a court if it is satisfied that (having regard to the means, estate, or property of the person in respect of whom the order is sought or to the circumstances of the case) the order would be unreasonable. > > > (2) Nothing in this Chapter derogates from any rights that may exist for the recovery of money due.
