#### 44 Consequential and transitional provisions on the making of orders 44 Consequential and transitional provisions on the making of orders (cf AHS Act ss 10 and 21 and Sch 6, PH Act ss 14, 15 and 19) > > (1) Schedule 4 has effect with respect to orders made under this Part. > > > (2) An order under this Part may contain provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of or made under Schedule 4, of a savings and transitional nature consequent on the making of the order.
