#### 129 Funding of recognised establishments and recognised services of affiliated health organisations 129 Funding of recognised establishments and recognised services of affiliated health organisations > The Minister may delegate to any local health district the function of determining— > > > (a) the subsidy (if any) to be received by any affiliated health organisation for its recognised establishments and recognised services, and > > > (b) the conditions (if any) that should attach to that subsidy. > > Note. > > Section 49 of the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015) contains general provisions relating to the delegation of functions.
