#### 114 Application of Act to agreements with visiting practitioners 114 Application of Act to agreements with visiting practitioners (cf PH Act s 29T) > > (1) This section applies to any agreement between a public health organisation and a visiting practitioner relating to the performance of work by the visiting practitioner for the organisation, regardless of whether or not the agreement also relates to other matters. > > > (2) A provision of this Act (other than Parts 2, 3 and 4 of this Chapter) or a regulation or by-law made under this Act that is inconsistent with any of the rights and obligations under any agreement to which this section applies has (to the extent of the inconsistency) no force or effect in relation to the visiting practitioner concerned. > > > (3) In this section, a reference to an agreement includes a reference to a service contract.
