#### 107 Notice of appeal to Minister 107 Notice of appeal to Minister (cf PH Act s 33J) > > (1) An appellant must give notice to the Minister of the grounds of the appellant’s appeal in the form and manner approved by the Minister from time to time. > > > (2) A notice under subsection (1) must be given within 1 month (or within such longer period as the Minister may allow) of the following dates— > > > > > (a) if a public health organisation makes a decision referred to in section 105(1)—the date on which the public health organisation notified the appellant under that subsection of the reasons for its decision, or > > > > > (b) if a public health organisation is taken to have made a decision under section 106(3)—the date on which the appointment of the visiting practitioner concerned expires.
