87 Annual fees S. 87(1) amended by No. 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1). (1) The proprietor of a registered health service establishment must— (a) not later than 7 days after the date of issue of the certificate of registration of the establishment or, if the registration has been renewed, of renewal of registration; and (b) not later than 7 days after each anniversary of that date— pay to the Secretary the prescribed annual fee payable in respect of establishments of that class. (2) If the proprietor of a registered health service establishment fails to comply with subsection (1), the proprietor is liable to pay— (a) the prescribed annual fee payable in respect of establishments of that class; and (b) an additional fee of one half of the prescribed annual fee.
