69 Power to reserve and grant land to agency Any land vested in the Crown under this Division— (a) may be reserved in accordance with the **Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978**; and (b) subject to such terms (if any) and subject to such covenants, conditions, exceptions and reservations as the Governor in Council thinks fit, may be vested by the Governor in Council in the registered funded agency for its purposes. Pt 3 Div. 11 (Heading and ss 69AA–69AAF) inserted by No. 22/2014 s. 6.
