65G Proceedings If, immediately before the effective date of an Order under section 65C, proceedings (including arbitration proceedings) to which an aggregated hospital was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after the publication of the Order, the new hospital is substituted for the aggregated hospital as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the aggregated hospital had.
