258 Old instruments (1) Each old instrument relating to property, rights and liabilities of a transferring agency that, under this Part, have vested in, or become liabilities of, a receiving agency has effect and continues to have effect according to its tenor on and after the effective date of the relevant Order as if a reference in the instrument to the transferring agency were a reference to the receiving agency. (2) This section does not apply to an instrument creating a trust to which section 266 applies. S. 259 inserted by No. 52/2004 s. 51.
