235 Certain public health services same body as certain former public hospitals (1) A body, that on 1 July 2004 becomes a public health service, is taken to be the same body that it was before that date, despite it ceasing to be a public hospital. (2) A body, that on the effective date of an Order under section 239 becomes a public health service, is taken to be the same body that it was before that date, despite it ceasing to be a public hospital and any change to its name.
