231 Deemed publication of Order in Council The Order in Council made under section 8(1)(c) on 30 September 1997 changing the name of the Numurkah and District War Memorial Hospital to the Numurkah District Health Service is deemed to have been published on 2 October 1997 in the Government Gazette as if the words "Numurkah and District Health Service" were "Numurkah District Health Service". Pt 12 (Heading and ss 199–201) repealed by No. 42/1993 s. 23(3), new Pt 12 (Heading and ss 232–243) inserted by No. 52/2004 s. 51.
