227 Application of property cy-pres not affected (1) Nothing in section 198(2) in relation to an Order under section 181 affects the operation of— (b) a scheme or authority for the application of property cy-pres sanctioned or given by the Attorney-General under the **Charities Act 1978** before the effective date of that Order. (2) Nothing in section 214 or 215 in relation to an Order under section 214 or 215 affects the operation of— (b) a scheme or authority for the application of property cy-pres sanctioned or given by the Attorney-General under the **Charities Act 1978** before the effective date of that Order.
