22 Registration S. 22(1) amended by No. 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1). (1) The Secretary— (a) may register; or (b) may refuse to register— an agency that has applied for registration under section 20(3)(b). S. 22(2) amended by No. 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1). (2) The Secretary may at any time cancel the registration of a registered funded agency. S. 22(3) amended by No. 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1). (3) The Secretary must keep a register of registered funded agencies and must make the register available for inspection by the public during ordinary business hours.
