211 Proceedings If, immediately before the effective date of an Order under section 208, proceedings relating to former hospital property (including arbitration proceedings) to which a transferring hospital was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after the effective date of the relevant Order, the metropolitan health service or community health centre specified in the Order is substituted for the transferring hospital as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the transferring hospital had.
