205 Future terms and conditions of transferred employees Nothing in section 204 prevents— (a) any of the terms and conditions of employment of a transferred hospital employee from being altered by or under any law, award or agreement with effect from any time after the effective date of the Order under section 181; or (b) a transferred hospital employee from resigning, or the termination of a transferred hospital employee's employment, at any time after the effective date of the Order in accordance with the then existing terms and conditions of the employee's employment by the new health service.
