200 Interests in land Without prejudice to the generality of this Division and despite anything to the contrary in any other Act or law, if, immediately before the effective date of an Order under section 181, a transferring hospital is the registered proprietor of an interest in land under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958**, on and after that date— (a) the new health service is to be taken to be the registered proprietor of that interest in land; and (b) the new health service has the same rights and remedies in respect of that interest as the transferring hospital had.
