199 Proceedings If, immediately before the effective date of an Order under section 181, proceedings (including arbitration proceedings) to which a transferring hospital was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after the publication of the Order, the new health service is substituted for the transferring hospital as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the transferring hospital had.
