195 Transfer from metropolitan hospital to metropolitan health service If an Order is made under section 181 cancelling the incorporation of a metropolitan hospital, then on a date specified in the Order— (a) the incorporation of the metropolitan hospital to which the Order relates is cancelled; and (b) Schedule 3 is amended by the omission of the name of that metropolitan hospital; and (c) the directors of the board of the metropolitan hospital go out of office; and (d) the chief executive officer of the metropolitan hospital goes out of office.
