194 Cancellation of incorporation of metropolitan hospital (1) If the Minister recommends to the Governor in Council the establishment of a metropolitan health service by Order under section 181, the Minister may also recommend to the Governor in Council that the Order cancel the incorporation of a metropolitan hospital. (2) If the Minister recommends the cancellation of the incorporation of a metropolitan hospital, the Governor in Council may provide for the cancellation of the incorporation in an Order made under section 181.
