184 First by-laws of metropolitan health service (1) The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may on the recommendation of the Minister, specify the by-laws of a metropolitan health service established by Order under section 181. (2) The by-laws must specify the objects including the core objects, of the metropolitan health service. (3) By-laws of a metropolitan health service specified in an Order under subsection (1) have effect as if made by the board of the metropolitan health service and approved by the Secretary under section 24. New s. 185 inserted by No. 39/2000 s. 11.
