169 Transitional provision for boards of public hospitals S. 169(1) amended by No. 31/1990 s. 3(3). (1) Subject to sections 166A and 166B, the board of a public hospital as constituted immediately before the commencement of this section continues to be the board of the hospital. S. 169(2) amended by No. 1/1989 s. 4(f). (2) Except as provided in section 170 a person holding office as a member of a board of a public hospital continues as a member of the board for the remainder of the term for which he or she holds office unless he or she sooner resigns or is removed from office.
