152A Offences by bodies corporate etc. If a body corporate is guilty of an offence against this Act or the regulations made under this Act, any person who is concerned or takes part in the management of the body corporate who was in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in or party to the commission of the offence is also guilty of the offence. S. 153 amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 78.2).
