137 Payments out of Fund to agencies In making determinations under section 136(3)(b) or (c), the Minister or the Minister for Community Services must have regard to— (a) the services provided by the agency and the extent to which the agency has provided or promoted or will provide or promote health or community services; (b) any prescribed matters— and may have regard to such other matters as the Minister or the Minister for Community Services thinks fit.
