128M Protection from liability for persons involved in quality and safety review (1) A person is not personally liable for the giving of information, in good faith, to a quality and safety review in the reasonable belief that the giving of the information was for the purposes of a quality and safety review. (2) Any liability resulting from the giving of information that would, but for subsection (1), attach to a person attaches instead to the State.
