128F Publication and response (1) Subject to subsection (2), if the Secretary is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to do so, the Secretary may publish— (a) a copy of a report prepared under section 128D(1); and (b) any response prepared under section 128D(4). (2) The Secretary must not publish a report or any response under subsection (1) if the report or response contains any information that identifies or is likely to lead to the identification of a person, other than role titles or specialist areas of practice, unless the person consents in writing to the publication.
