128E Report and response to be given to the Secretary (1) The Chief Quality and Safety Officer must give the Secretary a copy of— (a) a report prepared under section 128D(1); and (b) any response prepared under section 128D(4). (2) The Secretary may have regard to any report and response referred to under subsection (1) for the purposes of performing functions and exercising powers under this Act or any other Act. S. 128F inserted by No. 4/2022 s. 5.
