120 Power of Chief Quality and Safety Officer to delegate The Chief Quality and Safety Officer by instrument may delegate any power, duty or function of the Chief Quality and Safety Officer, other than this power of delegation, to— (a) any person employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004**; or (b) any person engaged under section 119.
