115H Annual meetings S. 115H(1) amended by Nos 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 79/2008 s. 10. (1) The board of a multi purpose service must ensure that the chief executive officer convenes an annual meeting of the multi purpose service to be held on or after 1 July and on or before 31 December in each year. (2) The chief executive officer of the multi purpose service must cause notice of the annual meeting to be published in a newspaper circulating generally in the area where the multi purpose service is situated giving notice— (3) At each annual meeting of a multi purpose service, the board— (a) must submit the report of operations and financial statements prepared in accordance with Part 7 of the **Financial Management Act 1994**; and (b) must report on the services provided to the community in the preceding year and on services proposed to be provided in the following year; and (c) must report on such other matters that are prescribed.
