21 Change of ownership or control
(1) In this regulation –
major shareholder, in respect of a corporation, means a shareholder whose shareholding exceeds 20% of the total shareholding in the corporation.
(2) A licensee that is a corporation must furnish to the Secretary particulars of any change in the directors or major shareholders of the corporation as soon as practicable after the change occurs.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
