#### 66 Referring privacy related complaint to Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner 66 Referring privacy related complaint to Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner > > (1) The Privacy Commissioner may refer a complaint made under this Act to the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner if it appears that the complaint should be dealt with by the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner. > > > (2) The Privacy Commissioner may communicate to the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner any information that the Privacy Commissioner has obtained in relation to the complaint. > > > (3) This section does not affect the operation of section 47 (Referring privacy related complaints to other authorities) of the PPIP Act.
