#### 32 Alternative arrangements may be made 32 Alternative arrangements may be made > > (1) Nothing in this Division is intended to prevent or discourage a private sector person from providing an individual, with his or her consent, with access to his or her health information otherwise than as required by this Division. > > > (2) A private sector person is not to provide an individual with access to health information otherwise than as required by this Division unless the private sector person has informed the individual of the requirements of this Division.
