91 Delegation S. 91(1) amended by No. 22/2016 s. 230(a). (1) The Health Complaints Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to a person employed for the purposes of this Act, or a person belonging to a class of those persons, any of his or her powers under this Act other than this power of delegation. S. 91(2) amended by No. 22/2016 s. 230(b). (2) The Health Complaints Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to any person any of his or her powers under Division 3 of Part 6.
