30 Individual may authorise another person to be given access (1) If an individual— (a) has a right of access; and (b) has signed a written authority for access to be provided to a person named in the authority— the person so named must be given access to the health information. S. 30(2) inserted by No. 57/2014 s. 153(1). (2) In this section— ***written authority*** includes a supportive attorney appointment within the meaning of the **Powers of Attorney Act 2014**.
